Good. Because "Rainbow" boas are generally from Brazil and Peru. Yes there are many boas that come from Colombia and most are considered BCI

from the description he sounds like a common type BCI, but without pic it is hard to tell. More than likely it is a BCU (Boa Constrictor Unknown). Redtail

If the wattage of the Zoomed is the same as the Ultratherm, then there shouldn't be a problem.

I would just get flexwatt and a t-stat. Either way, whatever UTH you use, you will need a t-stat.
