As long as it is not losing weight then I wouldn't worry too much. Some have been known to go a year with out eatting. We have one that went for 8 or 9 months with no problems.

I believe the record in captivity is 22 months with no ill effects to the snake.

I've found that my BP will go months without eating...unless I offer him a gerbil. He has never turned one down.

Only problem with that is that gerbils are not as good for them as rats. Has more fat than rats. We use feed totes when we feed and both of our balls ate last feed. At first they ignored the food and we moved the to a smaller feed tote and they ate immediatly. Try the smaller tote thing and see if that works for you also.

I've tried smaller feed totes with no avail. I have found in past winters that after a few weeks of gerbils, he will go back to rats. It should be noted that gerbils are what BPs eat in the wild. As Gizmo pointed out, they are fatty but I believe that with a proper feeding routine, shouldn't cause a problem.;D
