I have a 5' Nic female that I've had in with my 6' male columbian for about 2 months now (her cage had broken and havent had the money to replace it I'm expecting to have one in the next 2 weeks). I'm not trying to breed them but have noticed or at least it looked like they have locked. However I thought they wouldnt breed because she is smaller than him and I also have not cycled them for breeding. She looked like she was about to shed, she got darker and had the milky look to her and her eyes were glazed over. This morning I woke up and started my daily routine get coffee smoke a cig then go to the snake room and start changing water and bedding if needed, she was perfectly normal no milky color no glazed eyes no shed skin anywere to be found. Can someone please explain to me why she did. I am lost on this one.
She will shed in a few days...some take 3-8 days after the blue eyed clears. Just keep misting her/cage and keep the humidity levels good and she will shed for you soon enough.
