Default just to say hi, and pic of our new snake

just wanted to say hi and show you our first snake, i was told it is a albino and 100% het for snow,im new to this and dont know what all this means lol ,we payed alot from a breeder, if anyone could tell me any more about her that would help or if you think she is not what he said,thanks jon

Not only is it absolutely beautiful, with nice clean orange saddles, but if it is het for snow you'll be a lucky duck in your future breeding projects. Welcome to your new boa family! You picked the right forum.

Albino het for snow is albino wich is het anery a recessive trait.
Do some searches for this, And you have a very nice pick up there great work.

Anerytheristics are sometimes called "black albinos" because they appear to lack all other pigment besides black. These boas really lack red pigment called erythrin, thus their name (i.e "an"- without + "erythri"- red). Anerytheristic boas begin their lives grayish-silver in coloration, but turn brownish-yellow as they mature. This recessive mutation is a key ingredient for ghost and snow boas.

Do a search for pictures it.
