[OPEN] *** Lifetime Core Sponsorship Contest - December/January

Due to the popularity of the last sponsorship contest, and the requests of members, I am starting another membership upgrade contest. December and January

This contest will provide the winner with a LIFETIME Core Sponsor membership upgrade on RTBs.com

While it may be a smaller prize in the light of things, it will allow you to show that core sponsor Badge with Pride.

Already have one? Then either make yours lifetime or donate the prize to any member.

IMPORTANT! This contest will run until the end of January so start your voting now.

Anyone can vote but the winner must be a member in good standing with the forum. Remember the more active you are the more chances you have to vote. This is a 100 square contest so make sure you read the following information to understand the rules of the contest.

All voting is done in this thread. All prior contest rules apply.

Here are the contest standard rules

ATTENTION! You are picking a NUMBER that represents the Square. You are trying to determine which number square you think is the winning number. The winning number has already been preselected.

Picture a 100 square matrix numbered from 1 to 100. This is what you are voting based on.

Rules for Contest. This contest is part of a Member Appreciation Contest. These guidelines cover the contest rules. FREE Vote Participants must be an registered and active member of the Red Tail Boa Forum. FREE Votes work this way.

Rules of this contest.
1) There will be approximately 60 days in the contest.
2) There will be 100 possible "Squares" numbered 1 thru 100. Important- Vote with a number not a word. The search is for the number (numerically) only. Words will be ignored. Example. Vote 15 not fifteen
3) Every day each member can vote for ONE square each day.
4) Members should vote for unique squares each day. Members cannot edit posts so make sure it's correct.
5) The built in Forum Date and Timestamps are the only guidelines to determine day/time of entries.
6) It is the members responsiblity to ensure entries are unique to the date entered.
7) Maximum votes for any one member will be 60
8) All votes must be in this thread. Any PMs, IMs or other posts do not count.
9) Voting will end the day before January 29th 2010 around 6:00 PM CST
10) Elimination round voting will be used for any Finalists if multiple members chose the winning square.
11) Winner will be announced on or near January 31st 2010
12) Finalists must be available before and on this time for elimination round voting if neccessary.
13) Winner must be a member in good standing with the forum membership and administrators. Contest holder reserves the rights to reassign the award to runner ups in the contest should the need arise.

Additional rules and guidelines.

Each member is allowed a DAILY free vote during the contest. All votes must be submitted on the Forum Thread itself. If you submit a vote or votes that are outside the guidelines above, I will ignore them. You cannot change your votes once submitted. I will also not notify you if you vote for the same square more than one time. IMPORTANT, you cannot edit or delete your post once submitted so ensure it is accurate before you submit your reply to the active thread.

There are 100 possible squares this year. Increase your odds of selecting the winning square by voting every day during the contest.

All communications and your selection must be done via this Thread in the forum. This form of communication provides both parties with a Date and Time stamped copy of the vote. Members must respond uniquely each day. Additional Votes that are timestamped on the same "Forum based" timestamp will be ignored.

The first round allows each qualified member to cast a vote for which picture NUMBER they think represents the WINNING NUMBER. You will enter the square number in the forum thread that you think is the winning number. Round One ends before or near the contest end date. At this time I will determine if more than one member has selected the WINNING NUMBER.

IF a single winning vote is the result of round one, the Winner does not need to be available to win the contest.

However, IF more than one member selected the WINNING NUMBER, then we will enter round 2 of the contest, and only the multiple members that selected the correct WINNING NUMBER from round one will continue into round 2. Finalist must be available to cast their votes or risk forfeiture of their contest votes.

It is important that all finalist must be available at contest round one completion in order to participate in the upcoming elimination Rounds. If a member is unavailable during this time, their elimination round votes will be forfeited.

IF noone has correctly identified the WINNING NUMBER by this time, I will narrow the field of possible choices and everyone will enter round 2 and everyone will get a new vote.

If necessary we will continue to narrow the choices until we get a winner by means of a round 3, 4 etc.

I reserve the right to modify the contest rules as needs require. I also reserve the right to cancel this contest at anytime.
