I use to keep JCP's. My female was 5 foot at about 1.5 years old. However she was a little on the small side when I got her originally. She really started growing when I bought her and was at a nice size when I sold her. I love the JCP's look. They can be a pain in terms of temperment but once calmed down are great snakes. If we had not decided to stay focused on boas I know I would still have them.
I have 15 JCP's right now
1.2 adullts & 12 babies. Females get about 6-7ft, males get about 5-6ft, but considerably thinner. Some are nippy as babies, but settle down very well with regular handling. JCP's true colors come in after the first 12-18 months, it's important to know the parents before you buy a young JCP in order to an idea on the color as an adult. A 2yr old JCP would get as good as it is going to get as far as color.
