Every boa purchased will be guaranteed healthy,
properly sexed, and feeding. LIVE Arrival is Guraranteed when shipped according to my temperature standards.
The boas are backed and guaranteed by a 1 week
wellness period. If within the first 7 days,
from time of receipt, you are not satisfied, I
will replace the boa with an equivalent boa as
soon as possible. Use this initial 7 days wellness
period to have the animal checked by your local
veterinarian. Baby boas under 6 months old are
sexed by "popping". While every male
is completely verified and guaranteed, there is
a small chance that boas initially diagnosed as
females have a slight chance of being male. These
"female" boas can be safely probed at
6 months old to ensure proper sex. While this
is only a slight chance, it does still exist.
By purchasing a boa under the age of 6 months
you are accepting this slight chance.

Payment is required in advance.
The easiest way to pay is by using the ultra safe
and easy to use PayPal online sevice. I accept money orders and cashier's
check made payable to Clay English. Money orders
and Cashiers checks should ONLY be sent certified/registered
mail. This ensures a tracking number for delivery
verification.

I only accept Personal checks through PayPal on line. This allows you to pay electronically
from your checking account directly to me. Check

I do accept VISA and MasterCard, Discover credit
cards through PayPal on line. Notice, With PayPal,
your shipping address MUST be the same as the
Billing address of the Credit Card, or your purchase
request will be denied and I will not ship.

Away Options
Down Payments
are required in advance to "Hold" any
boa or to "Lay Away" a specific boa
to be paid out. I require a 20% down payment.
This initial 20% down payment amount is NON-REFUNDABLE.
This non-refundable fee is to cover taking the
boa off the market, and any website updates that
have to be done.
I will refund any amount that has been paid into
the account above the initial down payment amount.
Lay Away Terms.
Boa Price 299.99
and under.. Maximum lay away period is 30 days.
Boa Price 300.00
to 749.99 _Maximum
lay away period is 60 days.
Boa Price 750.00
and up. ___Maximum
lay away period is 90 days.
If after the maximum period (according to the
price bracket of your purchase) final payment
is not made, I reserve the right to refund any
monies paid over and above the initial down payment
amount, and to place the boa back into current
availability, and sell to any new customer.
Lay Away payments also include standard overnight
shipping charges, so when the boa is paid off,
the shipping will also be paid.
Shipping
Options
Shipping fees
are INCLUDED in the price of the boa. The transaction
will show the price of the boa that includes the
shipping and handling fees.
Shipping rates have skyrocketed. UPS and
FEDEX have raised their rates dramatically, so
these new shipping rates will be in effect until
the prices return to normal.
UPS ® and FEDEX ® overnight shipments
available at certain times of the year. The
Included shipping method is UPS overnight shipping which will average $45.00. This $45.00
shipping fee is included in the price of the boa.
Any other shipping options are customer pre-paid
or air-freight collect..
Optional Shipments can arranged. Contact
me for personal shipping requests.
The shipping fee covers the box, insulation,
packing and (1) hot or (1) cold pack if needed.
Additional packing materials must be prepaid
by the customer.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE CONDITIONS.
My guarantee for live arrival is when the following conditions are met at time of shipping.
1) I ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday
2) You must accept delivery by signature. Packages left without signature and packages left "at doorstep" or "at door" are not covered.
3) Night time temperatures on either the sender or receiver location must be above 40 degrees F.
4) Day time temperatures on either sender or receiver location must be below 90 degrees F.
In my opinion exceeding these conditions could jeopardize the health of the boa, possibly due to in transit errors that could possibly delay the package. With customer demand shipping dates that are outside
these temperature guidelines, I do NOT guarantee
live arrival.
Should you approve or authorize shipping outside of the guidelines I state above, please email me (using your verified paypal address that you paid for the boa with) with an authorization to ship outside of the standards stated above. Once I receive the authorization email, I will arrange shipping at the earliest shipping date. Of course I will take the upmost care in shipping, utilizing heat packs/cold packs accordingly, but there is a risk.
Shipping dates are selected based upon my availability to ship, AND the availability of the customer to receive. Both of these conditions must be satisified. I ship only as weather and time permits. A single day/night in your area that meets temperature requirements may not be enough time to have the boa shipped. I require a window of opportunity. Several days that meet the conditions often allow me to prepare for and ship your boa. In no case should you expect to pay for and have the boa shipped on the same or following day. If you have special ship date requirements, you should request a confirmation of ship date BEFORE you purchase.
Notice: Purchasing a boa during the winter months or the hottest part of the summer could delay shipment several months. Be sure you are aware of the temperature constraints.
In case of return of any boa, the shipping charges
will not be refunded.

Availability
Availability is arranged on a first
come, first serve basis. I do my very best to
update the website DAILY. Email is the easiest
way to request information on a boa. If you wish
to purchase an available boa the best way is to
click the Buy it Now Link in the Classifieds section. This will automatically invoke the PAYPAL payment process. You can also email cenglish@redtailboas.com immediately with individual information.
Based on time and date of email, I will determine
proper "hold for" customer. This will
give customer 2 days to make payment arrangements,
or the boa will be placed with the next customer.
Customer will be notified if selected boa is or
is not available and what additional options are
required.
