hey, all. . .a question about kahl strains. . . i have a kahl strain albino and i'm planning to pick up a dh sunglow (salmon/kahl STRIPELINE). . .i'm not to sure about how the genetics work, but I was wondering if the Stripeline is compatible with my albino. . .they are both kahl, but im not too sure if the stripeline makes a difference. . thanks for any info. . .

Re: kahl strain stipeline question
Kahl Albino Boas are all compatible with each other always, they are a recessive trait .
Kahl Stripe line is a trait unto itself. It is also is supposed to be recessive.
So you need 2 Boas possesing the stripe line gene to produce stripe line Boas.
If one Boa is an Albino Het Stripe or its an Albino and its a Homozygous Stripe Boa
You need a mate that is also Het or Homozygous for the Stripe line to produce
more stripe line Boas.
I hope my explanation is clear

Re: kahl strain stipeline question
thanks guys. . .i guess what i was trying to ask was, will i still get sunglows with an albino kahl strain, and a dh sunglow salmon/kahl strain stripeline. . .i figured i probably wouldn't get stripes but was wondering if i'd still get sunglows? thanks again. . .
