Avalance Boa

What can people tell me about Avalanche boas besides what is on VPI bragging post. Frank does not have a website so I have not seen any updated pics, besides the original litter seen here: Avalanche boa | Vida Preciosa International, Inc.

It's just an arabesque snow boa. It is homozygous for anery, albino, and arabesque. What else would you like to know about it?

Doesn't seem like anything to special. They're nice but I wouldn't get get one.

Look at it this way. A snow boa will yellow up but the pattern stays white. A arab has a beautiful connecting pattern which will stay white as the sides and inner circles yellow. I think it will look fantastic as a adult plus it has 4 genes going.

Look at it this way. A snow boa will yellow up but the pattern stays white. A arab has a beautiful connecting pattern which will stay white as the sides and inner circles yellow. I think it will look fantastic as a adult plus it has 4 genes going.

and unless it turned out to be moonglow it would only have 3 traits anrey/albino/arab i though because, in the story he thought it was also hypo or did i miss something

Thats what I was thinking...its the 4 gene thing and the fact that the litter came out with 6 different arabs. Seems like a nice litter to have if you ask me.

I like arab's and do think there special...but I posted more to see if there was anymore info on the development of the boa or if it has been breed out. I don't think it specified in the story if it was male or female, if it was a male it could be about breeding age right now.

I agree with you. I love Arabesque boa morphs too. They are different and beautiful in their own right. I love their head markers and their lateral striping. More and more I am starting to see them in more color morphs. I plan on getting in on that also. I would love to make some Anery Arabs.

No....no...no...that is a terrible idea. Um...I meant to say I hear that Arab's are bad breeders and they are also notoriously nasty....oh and they smell really bad. Stay far away from this project. They are all mine...there my precious!
