Why aren't Peruvians as popular?

I don't understand why peruvian red tails aren't as popular compared with other BCC (guyana, suriname). They are arguably the most beautiful of the boa constrictors and yet not a lot of people have them. Maybe its the price (more expensive than the other two) or the size (grows larger than the other two). It could also be the availablity because not many breeders have them. A peruvian will most likely be the next boa I get.

clone, it's even worse here in the UK, I have been serching for a male Guyana to pair with my female, for over a year now! BCC's are so hard to find in the UK?

I think they are more expensive just cause they are so big and thats why not many people breed them.But I agree that they are one of the most beautiful boas ever!
