pictures are a little dark, but from first glance looks like a hypo to me. reduced freckling gives a little of it away, still hard to say for sure with those pictures though

Reduced Melanin, higher reds, and the "X" type saddles usually indicate the boa is Hypo. I would say Hypo for sure.
