    Boas will rarely ever go off feed. There may be instances during breeding season or if there is an underlying health issue. They just don't stop eating like beepers do.

    In general, yes. There is nothing genetically 'off' about the morph but of course, each individual snake should be evaluated. There are a lot of us here that have motleys, they are one of my favorites!

    There are some genetic issues with certain morphs. Just like there are both healthy and unhealthy ball python morphs, there are also healthy and unhealthy boa morphs. The super version of both Motleys and Jungles have difficulties surviving past a few years and are unlikely to reproduce.

    The spider morph in ball pythons gets a head bob, are boa morphs the same way? Another example is pied ball pythons tend to go off feed a lot.
