No, they would be classified as dwarves. And they are not BCC, but classified as BCI instead, despite having many characteristics of BCC. As for feeding, always be conservative with any boa, and you will have no problems. Did the seller indicate who produced the boa and from which lineage? This is a very rare locality, so be careful you're getting the real deal.

Just as an aside, Vin and a fellow named Christopher Wolf are my "go-to" guys for everything locality boas, especially the dwarf varieties. They keep and produce some of the very finest and rarest locality boas available on the planet - Crawl Cay, Caulker Cay, Hog Island, Mainland Belize, Paraguanera Vz, Rio Orinoco Vz (BCC)... And the list goes on. Great guys, beautiful animals.

And I am very glad to hear these are a dwarf locality. I can DIY a(nother) 3-4 foot PVC enclosure very easily when needed.
