Midnights belly

Hey all,

I talk alot about my baby Midnight. my dark boa with the black tail. I was asked from a few about what color her belly is.. Well I had the wife shoot a couple of her belly while I was holding her.. Here are the belly pics..

Last one.. The dark belly goes the whole lenth of her body till the tall which is solid black..

It seems her belly gets darker with each shedding.. I have heard of Purevian Black tailed boas, and that is what I was thinking she is. but since I couldn't conferm this, I never state it.. She has the Black tail, and the black belly with yellow on her instead of the normal sandy grey.. I may never know 100%. But I am just happy with her. She is my favorite boa I have ever had. more to do with her personality and odd colors.. Yeah lee, it would kill part of me to lose her.. She is the first boas my kids ever held and loves the kids in the schools we visit..

She's really pretty Steve, I think some snakes bellies are thier best feature's. I love Ezzie's. Jezebel's is not so speckled. It looks like Midnight has a lot of charcoal gray color on her belly?

Hey Beth,

I know what you mean. Her tail and belly are what caught my interest when i first seen her. Then her personality won me over.. And yeah she has alot of charcoal, black and grey with a few yellow specks..
