Hey Evil,

Ursula, is a BCI, looks like possible a Central American Boa based on her saddle patterns and color, but could be just a dark Columbian..

D-Con , couldn't do a correct saddle count, but head shape looks like a Columbian BCI.. I like those dark boas you have there.. Send me over you darkest male for my Midnight..)

Same with Pierre, couldn't see all the saddles, but based on the face, looks like a nice looking columbian BCI...

OK, Kool Steve, thanks. I've been wondering that for quite some time. I guess this thread could have gone in the boa morph forum, but oh well. How do you tell exactly on BCI or BCC? Columbia vs Central american? I think Shaft is our only Male, but if/when we get D-con probed and if we find that she's a he, we'll talk about sending him over. He's a bit lighter color now though. Ursula is the darkest, but she's a she.

It really makes it hard to tell anyway these days. Thanks to so many idiots who have cross bred BCI with BCC.. I mainly look at the boa, do a saddle count and look at the facial features.. BCC's have a certain look about them. Like Surinams have a long narrow arrow shape head compaired to Columbian who have a thicher shorter eye to nose tip look.. I would like to state that I trully hate when people call Columbians common.. I have both BCI and BCC and I can tell you none of mine are common...LOL

You got some great dark looking Boas there Evil.. I am still hunting for a real black male with little to no red for my girl Midnight.. They are hard to find, except I have been offered a Cancun that was pretty, but my midnight is pushing 7 foot and the Cancuns only get to like 5 foot for a female.. I hate mixing blood lines like that...

If I ever get to your area would love to check them out in person..
