  • playing with light and my freshly shed salmon jungle

my PK poss super salmon jungle just shed, so i borrowed my dad's nikon d40 (dslr) and played around with some lighting...

i really wish i could have picked up the INSANE pink all down his sides and on his head. it is UNBELIEVEABLE.

    enjoy!

this next one looks pretty cool, even if the lighting isn't 'good' in the traditional sense

Great pics man. I wish my boas would sit that still. I can't get good pics for anything. There all over the place and if I try to tap there nose to get them to stop for a second most of them will bite me.

          thanks!

try using a bowl that is barely big enough for him/her to fit in. flip it upside down on top of him/her and leave it there for a few minutes, then take the bowl off. it works pretty good for me.

thanks! it wasn't too bad. made me feel more like a real photographer, but i had it on 'auto' most of the time. lol! i don't know enough about his camera, and it had been too long since my photography class in HS for me to be able to use the manual mode.
