DSC02972.JPGHi there! Im new here and I am trying to figure out how to navigate this site. This is an attempt to start my very first thread so I hope it works. I currently keep two snakes, 1.1 albino red tails. the first three pics are my female she is a Kahl albino born on 5-17-09. The last pic is my male he is in shed. I will post more pics of him post shed. I have had the male since 5-1-09 but the guy I bought him from didn't know his date of birth or if he is a Kahl or Sharp. He is 44 inches long when I measured him earlier today. Well I hope you enjoy the pics. Oh and can anyone help me out on changing my avatar to my own custom image and how to use the chat room?? Nice pics. It would be easier to tell from post shed pics if your male is a kahl or sharp. As far as the avatar goes, you have to be a paying member to be able to use your own picture as an avatar. To use the chat feature, you have to have 200+ posts. Only 197 posts to go before you can chat Welcome to RTBs, I hope you will learn as much as I have here.

Thanks for the warm welcome and the info about the site. I like it here already. I will definitely post some more and better pics of my snakes. If any of you can tell me if my male is Sharp or Kahl I will appreciate it.

Be sure to download the Ultimate Care Guide located in the margin to the left of your screen. It has a wealth of information and is written by some of the best in the Boa business.

As Brent (b3napolean) has stated, you need a paid membership upgrade to have a custom avatar. A paid membership will also get you into chat as well as acquiring 200+ posts. Membership upgrades are vital in continuing our forum with software updates and fees.

If the person you got your albinos from doesn't know if they are Sharp strain or Kahl, then most likely it's Kahl. Sharp strain albinos are more rare and command a far higher price than Kahls. Basically, he would KNOW if they were Sharps. LOL!
