KILLLLLLER Tongue shots brother! That bino one is a money shot!...It is HARD to take a shot like this...to be able to get a good focused one and hitting it on the timing on the flick of the tongue...GREAT JOB!

I usually get ready by letting the snake find a spot where he stops moving and then wave my hand in front to see if I get some tongue action. I then align my camera up and make sure the focus is on the tongue or tip of the nose. I was working with low aperture numbers so the rest would be blurred out except for the tongue. I usually need to take 3 or 4 shots to get the timing right.
