Sybil got her little belly full and curled up for a nap! The black cable you see is on the outside of the enclosure!!!
She is picking up my bad habits already!!!!
Thanks! She is my first boa. I have bp's, but this girl is so much different!!! I don't know why I waited so long to get one! They seem to have a much better personality, interaction, and curiosity than the bp's.
Now I do have a female ball that is more of a display snake. She is in our living room where there is constant foot traffic and she comes out quite frequently and just sits and stares at us as if she is saying "Please get me out!". She does spend a lot of time with us and seems to enjoy the attention. I am curious to know more about letting my female ball and this female boa out together some???
THEY ARE HOUSED SEPARATE! None of my snakes share a home!! I know better than that.
I'm just curious to know if anyone allows different breeds of snakes together for pictures or such? Would this cause problems if both are around the same size??

I truly wouldn't do that: there is no good reason to do it, and it's not without hazards to one or both snakes. They are predators and do make mistakes now & then....

That is what I was thinking too! I saw a video on here with 3 balls and a boa crawling together and I wasn't sure how they reacted towards each other. I thought this one must be a "special situation" ???
But I doubt it!!!
