This is my first boa, Sybil. I have bp's but this girl is great. So curious and tolerates handling so much better. Just wanted to share a couple of bad cell phone pics.
Thanks for looking!
Thanks for the comments. She was sold to me as a monstertail jungle. I don't know about that since there is no lineage, I just loved he color and markings!
She is really pretty. Who did you get her from? She looks like she has BCC influence. Very pretty.

I got her from David Levison at MorphGraphics. He is in Buffalo, NY. From what I understand about the monstertail gene is the only real proof is with documentation. I read that Jeff Ronne produced the first monstertail. I didn't really know much about the gene when I bought her and didn't pay anymore that I would have for a normal bcc. Does anyone know specifics about them or can you prove out the gene with breeding? Her is a few more pics of her.
If you got it from David Levison, it is what he says it is. He gets them from Jeff Ronne himself. This animal of yours was bred by Jeff "the Boaphile" Ronne.

Intelligence is not how much you know, but knowing how to put the knowledge you have to use!
Also, the BCC look might just be the lights hitting the tail and making it seem redder than it really is because the newer pics don't seem like her tail is that bright red.

The first pics were under LED lighting. The others are natural light. I will get some outside shots soon and post them back to this thread. Thanks for your comments!!

I was told she would probably top out around 7-9'. With your familiarity on these does that sound about right?
