Re: FedEx Package...
All the new arrivals are settled in their quarantine tubs. I've been giving a lot of thought as to what I wanted to add to my collection this year and I decided to finally start a blood boa project. I saw my first blood boa a few years ago and thought they were so beautiful. Then I saw a "Red Dragon" aka Albino Blood Boa and it was all over, lol. I reached out to Chris Gilbert recently and he offered me an extremely good deal on a group of 2014's, so I ended up with 1.1 DH Red Dragons and 0.3 Jungles pos get bloods. I'm planning on adding a male Blood Boa to my collection this year to finish out the project, possibly a pure female blood as well : )
The two DH's are in shed so I didn't get any pictures of them but I grabbed a couple pics of the Jungles.
This girl was actually sold as a pos Jungle. She was particularly feisty when I took her out of the bag.

Re: FedEx Package...
Hmmm... @zamora must have learned her lesson a few years ago when she jinxed me.
We were talking in the RTB chat box that morning as I awaited some new additions from Tony Hawkins.
We were discussing how I had never been bitten when opening a new arrival. I had only purchased a pair of boas from Tony, but being the great guy he is - he sent me an additional surprise.
I was just fine until opening that third package. Thanks to Zamora, that third boa broke my streak after I had her out of the shipping sack for a few minutes. B wasn't too happy since it sparked absolutely no response other than "There ya' go, B. She got me."
The video is still floating around here somewhere, since she made me promise to film it. I think it was some of that Mississippi voodoo or hoodoo or something like that, but I still blame her
Now, back on point - congrats on the excellent new additions! Glad they arrived safe and sound!"An increase in reptile education can lead to a decrease in reptile discrimination." - Bebo

Congratulations on the new additions, I have been very interested in the bloods for a few years but had to hold off due to the price. I wanted Berry Bloods and my bank account laughed at me.http://berkeleyknebel.wix.com/mississippimorphs

Re: FedEx Package...
Thanks all! I'm so happy to have the project finally started, granted I'm years away from breeding but I'm still excited about it, lol. And to make things even better, I'm expecting another FedEx package next week to start a different but equally exciting project! Yay!
Also the reason why I was finally able to do this is because the company I work for offers a referral bonus and I've gotten two of my friends hired in the last six months. Goodbye credit card debt and hello new snakes! Yay!“I love deadlines. I love the whooshing noise they make as they go by.” -DA
