  • Empty cages make us sad

I've wanted one of these since 1990... Thanks to Philippe de Vosjoli (I'll let the youngsters wonder or google it)... I had a nice big empty cage, and it just didn't feel right. So I took this little girl home. I am sooo psyched. I've had only one snake for about 6 years now, so this is huge for me. Thanks for looking.

She's a BEAUTY! And I'm glad to know Philippe is still around too...no one can accuse you of rushing into this, ha ha ha... I think you made a GREAT choice, for both snake & source.

It's kind of funny to think, an albino boa in 1990 would have cost $10k+, now they're so common. But it doesn't make them any less beautiful to look at. Congrats on a nice pickup.

Re: Empty cages make us sad

                Thanks guys!

I remember seeing one posted online in 1999 for $25,000... Not sure if that was the "going rate" at the time, but I'll never forget it because it was the same as the sticker price on my 1999 Maxima. I found that using "Web TV"... I'll let you youngsters google that one too .

Yeah I guess I didn't rush into it.... LOL!

The GF has no issues lugging the nine footer around the house, but is terrified of the 17 incher... Hysterical.

Named her Kira... I'm still sooo psyched.

I was psyched too when it was time to clean up her tiny little dime sized poop. Quite a simple task compared to my big girl. She peed the other day and I could hear it from he next room. It sounded like someone turned on the water in the tub! EEEEEEEEWWWWW!
