Nope shes been eatting rabbits since i got her.. Her previous owner only fed her one jumbo rat every now and then and since i got her shes been doing great and eatting like a champ.. Shes ready to go up to the next size rabbit a 8 to 10 pounder.. she had no probs switchin to rabbits and has a excellent feeding response... ;D

Hey tracey, where do you get the rabbits from? How big is Delilah? I've been thinking of switching Ursula to rabbits. She's already eating 2-3 large rats every two weeks. Those don't even make a buldge in her belly. Heck, they never really did. She's about 7ft long and a girth about the same as my calf muscle maybe a bit smaller.

8)Hey Evil shes pressin the 8ft mark, as for getting the rabbits, i get mine from a guy that deals with all kinds feeders here by my house depending on the size im paying between $2 and $3.50 a rabbit.. But i also get them really cheap from up at the livestock auction thats down the road from me..As for you starting your boa on rabbits it would be good as it is big enough to eat them. what ya do is get a small baby rabbit - larger than a colossal rat of course, cut open the nose and scent it with old rat bedding and you should have no probs switching over.. Every now and then il throw Delilah a few colossal rats just to give her a change of pace.. ;D

I was wondering if I should start her on rabbits or not. I'm thinking about starting to order from rodentpro.com soon. As soon as I have a large lump sum all at once to order from them. I know they have rabbits on they're site. When I order from them, I'll order some rabbits as well. Just to see how it goes.

8)Hey Evil go ahead and start her on rabbits shes more than big enough if ya use small rabbits, try a 2 pounder rabbit.. If ya cant get any right now try and pick one or two up at the swap we are going to..There should be plenty of people there that have some rabbits...
