Head Scarring on my Female BCI
Here are some pics of the scarring on my female BCI's head.
I adopted her from Va Reptile Rescue with the scarring already present. The scarring actually runs down her head and about 6" down her body. I had a vet check her out for a regular check up and mouth rot shortly after I adopted her and gave her a clean bill of health. He said that the scarring and lost scales was probably due to mouth rot or a burn that was not treated properly when she was younger. It is an absolute shame, she is such a sweet snake, docile and friendly as a snake can be.
