if its a regular plain boa like mine two boys( snake babies) probably about 7-9 ft depending on how well he was taken care of that can affect the size too. but if he was totally healthy and fed correctly, that size range is about right. the min. cage size for a fully grown boa i believe is 2x2x4ft (someone correct me if im wrong) so expect to either buy or build a really big house for him. either way you are in the right place for all your questions there are some really great knowledgeable people here!

              Re:red tail boa

For every foot that my boas are long I have one squre foot of floor space. I have two 1'hx2'wx3'L cages right now. I got my cages from the boaphile. I will end up getting atleast two more cages. They willl be his 4' cages. The 3' cages provied 6' foot of floor sapce. I will keep my male's in these cages I don't plane on them getting over 6' for breeding reason's.
Now thw four foot cage's will have the femlae's in them.
They provide 8' square foot of floor space. That is all you need. IF you are looking for a really great cage I would recomend the boaphile's. Here is the link to his site www.theboaphile.com Hope this has helped youo.

dude, thats probably the only cage you'll ever need unless you want to give her room to roam around. Thats the case with me, I'm building my girl a 6' x 2' x 2' all oak enclosure. Now some ppl will tell you thats kinda big but its all in your budget and you're preferences.
