I don't see why it would cause a problem for your snakes.

It wouldn't hurt anything in my opinion.
Unless its a real tree it might dry out faster do to heat coming off the cage

    Re: Christmas Tree

The reason I asked, is because we have a small house. We dont have any spare rooms so our snakes are in the living room. And because we do have a small living room, the only place for the tree is right beside the enclosure. Now it is a real tree but the snake cant see it from inside. Will this do harm?

You could, but i wouldn't want to. All the movement of the ornaments and lights would be stressful I think. Also if it's a real tree theres parasites and the chemicals that kill them to worry about. If it's a fake tree and the snake can't really see it from the enclosure then I can't see it adding any stress really but I like to keep my guys in their own low traffic room and theres no need or room for another tree in there.

    Mat.

    Christmas Tree

Ok, I know this is probably a dumb question, but can I set my Christmas tree up next to my snake enclosure?
