Just got my new toy and trying to figure it out before i start tearing cages down to re wire, re-set up etc. Where should i run the probes for best results. Here is what i am working with.
Boaphile 421d cages (48x24x11), i have four in the stack and each cage will get a probe from the pro. Each cage has radiant heat panels.
current placement of probe for ranco that is running all 4 cages is in the bottom cage, 3 inches in from wall, and 10 inches in from back wall under the RHP.
i use aspen as my bedding and i have water dish half under rhp.
Where is the best place to put this probe that is out of the way and get the best reading?
