When the snake is hiding and sleeping or whatever ....is it normal for the snake to lay its head sideways?

    Re: Sleeping....

I would say if it's not an everyday thing, then there should be nothing to worry about. Snakes will be caught in ackward positions at times. We never know when they are sleeping or just hanging out.

        8) Sometimes i find my Argentine X colombian with his face against the glass while coiled up sleeping, then he once in a great while lays over by the water dish and his face is propt up on the water dish almost like hes using it as a head rest... ;D I wouldnt worry to much about the way your snake sleeps.. They can do some really funny things....

Yeah , I see all our snakes in really strange positions.
Our rainbows get their heads at the weirdest angles sometimes So don't get too worried .
