Yup. That what it looks like to me. Unfortunately, I have no experience dealing with them. Sounds like a vet visit is in order.

Until you can get it to a vet make a thick paste of sugar with a little bit of water and smear that on the prolapse. It will help keep it from drying out and may reduce it.

Also put the snake on clean, dry paper as substrate, not wood like aspen or cypress, or anything like coco-husk.

Thanks for the advice guys.. Bad luck for me, i can't find a reptile vet or even a vet that ever dealing with reptiles. I've tried the sugar water solution, honey, and reinsert those swelling tissue.. It keeps popping out.. Hope its gonna get recovered by its own (finger crossed).. While keep trying to find a reliable vet.. She/he still have a good feeding response and looks healthy tho..

I'd hold off on feeding until you can get this looked at it it heals. You don't need the boa trying to defecate with this.

I don't know what to tell you about the prolapse, hopefully someone else can chime in with a suggestion.

Only thing I know is that it's serious & must be kept from drying out* (as already mentioned). *You can also use something like KY jelly, but that will do nothing to reduce it, only add needed moisture. Please get this
                snake to the vet ASAP.
