[Eyes/Mouth] Bump on nose???

Hello, I just got a new albino red tail. After a couple days of bringing him home I've noticed a bump on his nose. Can anyone help me what it might be?

It depends on the bump like said above we need a picture to better help. It would be odd if it showed up in only a couple days.

Yes pics would be helpful. Depending on the size and location it could be a number of things--nose rub, an abscess, etc.
