I've never seen it sold anywhere. Even when I've gone to stores that specialized in reptiles they didn't have it. Usually you can get other mite spray though in pet stores. The type that's safe to spray on reptiles. It's not as good as provent-a-mite but you could probably find that locally and use it while you wait for the provent-a-mite to arrive via mail.

If you're looking for an alternative until the PAM arrives, the 2 oz bottle of NIX or RID head lice treatment with the 1% permethrin, mixed in 1 gallon of water, makes an effective mite killer. I use it the same way as PAM - treat the enclosure, paper substrate, hides, but not the water bowl or snake, and let everything dry before putting you snake back into the enclosure.

If you want to give your snake some relief from the little bastiges then a bath in lukewarm water with just a drop or two of mild dish soap will drown the mites.

This is a very cost efficient alternative to PAM and it works great.

In the past, I would use the generic NIX aerosol bedding spray to treat the empty enclosure and allow it to air dry before returning the snake and fresh bedding. Then I would use a mixture of the shampoo and hot water to spray and treat the new bedding and the snake as well. It does not hurt to spray the shampoo mix onto the snake as it does not produce the fumes the way the aerosol spray does (of course you do not want to heavily spray the snakes head).

Still leave the water bowl out for a day to allow the bedding and snake to dry before returning a clean, fresh water bowl into the enclosure.
