Jeff (probably) ain't gonna email or answer an email. It says it plainly on his site that the phone is the preferred method of contact. He has stated many, many times on this forum and elsewhere that this is because:
1.) He can talk on the phone while cleaning snake cages, feeding rats, changing water bowls or doing his magic voodoo dance to make those sweet, sweet boas.
2.) 99% of the time, a 5-10 minute phone call will answer any question or solve any problem, whereas - depending on the issues at hand - it could take many rounds of back and forth emails to accomplish the same purpose.
Also, it says plainly on his website that because of the wide variety of options available, all of his stuff is custom built to order after the money is received.
He also states that depending on how far behind they are on cages and what models they are currently working on(it makes sense to do a run of the same model and then switch to another model, not necessarily doing every order exactly as it comes in) that it could take several weeks to receive the items you purchase.
From experience I can say that if you ever get to speak to Jeff personally he delivers excellent customer service and never makes you feel like he's too busy to answer questions. He's also usually pretty entertaining.
None of us know your circumstances, but I would suggest you try to call him on a break from work or something - or just take a chill pill and wait for a pleasant surprise from a big delivery truck.
When you deal with Jeff you do get excellent customer service and you get an excellent product, whether you are buying a snake or a cage or whatever.
Jeff wants you to "have your cake and eat it too" my friend believe me - you just gotta use the silverware he makes available.

I apologize if you responded in another previous thread and I missed it .
My guess is Jeff missed it just like I did.
That will create a dilemma if your Hours are polar opposite of his
Once again I apologize , several people have come on the Forum saying

Sorry everyone if I came off as rude, it wasn't my intention. I just thought Jeff might mesage me back because he did on my other post about my boaphile. It's not a huge deal, I just don't want a box left on my step, someone in my nieghbourhood would most likely steal or break it lol. I will definitly post some pics when it does come. I'm going to have my bumblebee BP in it as well as a jungle
