Ballroom rack heat question

So when I set up my ballroom rack do I put the probe touching the tank bottom? And should I set it for like 82-83??

directley on the heat source... and then use a temp gun to check the heat inside the enclosure and adjust to you're desired heat

I have my heat set at 91.5, but by the time it makes it through the linoleum flooring it is at 89.
