New Female=New Enclosure

Hello just a few questions.I am looking into 2 new enclosures for my babies. PVC 72 X 24 x 16. Stackables. I know flex watt is great and intend to use it with a Helix Therm.
Questions
When stacked will not the bottom tank have a higher temp?
How would the pros on here - heat and set up the inside?

My new girl is massive to me 7.5ft and soooo heavy compared to my male who is 6.5ft and a light weight.

I've noticed that the top cage gets warmer. I have two AP 4x2's stacked.

How much higher is the temp on top?

About 5 degrees. I don't think the flexwatt on the top cage has even needed to be turned on since I set the cages up.

I have 3 4x2, 2 Boaphile (bottom 2) and 1 AP (top) stacked and the top is cooler than the lower 2. Because of this, I keep my Blood python in the top enclosure because she requires a lower temp, and my Boas are on the bottom 2.

Thanks but with only 2 - curious as to having to use two thermostat now. Just have to monitor with temp gun for a bit.
