I got a Vivitar Digital Camera, and it has 2.1 megapixels. As soon as I get used to it I will try and post some pics of my Ball Python and Columbian Redtail Boa.
A lot depends on what type of pictures you plan on taking. Most digital cameras take a good daylight picture regardless of amount of pixels.....however, if you plan on printing your pictures, the higher resolution the better. Are you totally confused yet?
I don't print most pictures...i keep them on a disk or email them. I don't need a hi resolution. I have been very happy with my 1.3 megapixel.
