  • New kid in town.

Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I've been reading this forum for the past five months and I think It's great. I am the proud owner of a common Columbian boa. His name is Bubba and he is about 3 1/2 feet long and as gentle as can be. I've had him for about four months now and i have enjoyed every minute of it. I wish I could say the same for my wife, she thinks he's the creepiest thing ever and will not even go in the same room as him. Anyway, just wnted to say hi, and thanks for all the wonderful info on taking care of my best bud.

    Thanks again

          Welcome to redtailboas!
Give your wife some time, dont pressure her, and she will come around I started with one snake and a wife that hated it.... a few short months later she had her own Rosy Boa.... now we have 8 snakes. The only one she wont hold is our approx 7' female that weighs 15 lbs. Shei is a little bit intimidating.
