this show petsburgh usa comes on the animal planet channel. well i am up this am playing with my babies and scrolling the direct tv guide and see there on the description snakes as pets for this show so i turn it on. they have this "zoologist" and hes talking about snakes. ok so im listening and hes talking about setting up an aquarium for snakes. he uses corn snakes in this demonstration, ok thats cool he puts a branch in there a cereal box for a hide then tops it off woth a hot rock!!!!!! says just plug it in and it gives them heat ok so im not listening to him anymore, im actually looking at the tv going ok hes a zoologist and hes reccomending a hot rock, thinking ok hes stupid! anyone seen this show before. but at the end he did show a realllllllllllllly nice boa that was 7ft it was a pretty lil boa. most of the animals had come from the disney park in either cali for florida those wild kindom park places.

Nope cant say that I have seen it, but a hot rock is a no no. You should call the show and let him know. You could even call him live on TV and tell him off in front of america. lol -

you know i went to the web site to find an email adress or something not a thing! i typed in the search box for the site correspondance and the search came up with no matches, guess they dont want to hear from us! haha the only address was to send videos in to the planets funniest animals show.Comment

Its not just him.. I do enjoy the animal channels, but I learned real fast, they are more educational then any teaching abilitys.. Take the Croc hunter. Funny yes, do what he does and you are sure to end up in the hospital.. Picking up venomous snakes by the tail is a real stupid idea. Picking up snapping turtles by the side of their shell is another stupid thing. Watch have fun, but don't listen too much.. I think it does send the wrong message.. Take Jeff Corwin. Its funny as heck watching his scream like a girl and jump back 10 feet trying to grab a 10 foor Rock Python. But atleast its more likly to happen. trust me. been there, did that, all but the screm like a little girl..LOL.. Gotta look semi in control when the state police call me down to remove one from a house. Last think you want to do is sound like Ned Flanders...Hahahahahaha

im not sure who he was its wasnt that guy that is always on the late night shows jack hanna its was other guy i think he worked for the disney wild kindom animal park or something it was on animal planet and i tried looking for a email or address but had no luck!Comment
