Dear Customers,
In the past two weeks, some of you have problem with php script giving you either "Internet Server Error" or only half of your php page loaded, and the error go away when you refresh your browser. I've been trying to reproduce these errors in our test server without any success because these error doesn't happen all the time.
I have no option right now but to re-install php as an apache module.
There are serious issues with the current installation of 4.3.2 with
certain applications, I can't roll back to 4.3.1 as it is no longer
supported by cpanel. This leaves me with no choice but to re-install
4.3.2 as an apache module rather than cgi.
This process will be done one server at a time, with one day in between server for me to work with anyone having difficulties with their php scripts after this reinstallation. I'm not expecting a lot of problem other than those people who uses gallery scripts or any other script that allow you to upload file to your website using php script.
The schedule for php re-installation on your server is Tuesday 8/12 -
10:00 pm PST.
I apologize for such short notice but this issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible. If you have any question regarding this issue, feel free to contact us.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Sincerely,
