Ok so anyone who has read my other threads knows I am fairly now to boas.....my question for today is ......my baby spends 99.9% of the day and nite in the trees (the sticks I got from the pet store) sometimes on the cool side sometimes in the hot.....I bought the UTH because I read they were ground dwellers the UTH is only set at 85 al my other temps are good . Is this normal baby behavior ???? When handling its great ! It has 2 more months in the tank then I'm ordering my boaphile

Yup. It's normal. I have a 7 month old BCI that comes out at night and likes to hang out in her vines. Matter of fact she's still there now. During the day she comes downand sleeps in her hide, but what you've got is normal behavior.
As has already been mentioned young boas like to climb - in the wild its a method of hiding from ground-dwelling predators.
