I was surprised how all but 3 of the questions had my opinion under other options because I thought my opinions were out there. Too bad all the conservatives are too conservative and the progressives are too progressive when it comes to their political stances. No happy mediums?

You may have a hard time voting this time around, haha. I got 90% with the person I thought I was going to vote for before I took this test. However, I didn't know I agreed with them that much.

I really hope people won't use this as a method to decide who they will vote for though.

Same here. I think it really helps one to re-examine the other issues that aren't at the forefront on a daily basis...that's what it did for me. Plus, I liked going back to see how my candidate actually answered
those same questions, and where we disagreed. It really made me think a lot, especially to rank the relative importance too. There are other issues NOT addressed this way, like their actual voting records &
integrity, and so on...I just thought it was helpful, though longer than my definition of a "quiz", haha!

That's why I called it "chit chat"...it's not partisan at all...it's just designed for anyone to sort out their best-matched candidate.
