This is the member agreement that each member agrees to as they sign up for the forum. *This location will contain the latest and greatest version of the agreement. *I placed it here so people could reference it or so that Moderators could point to it should they need to. *Also each member is responsible for the contents of this agreement even if changed or updated.

You agree, by creating a user account and through your use of this Red Tail Boa forum, that you will :
1) Use a VALID, and verifiable email address. * Any users created with an invalid email address will be immediately deleted. This email address must be an actively monitored email account. This should not be a hotmail or yahoo account, that is not your primary account. You also accept that from time to time you may receive information directly regarding this forum and website. *Your email address will never be given to anyone in any form, anywhere, anytime. *You may receive an email directly from me asking for a reply as part of a verification process to validate your email address. Also a member/person may only have one active account at one time. Users that create multiple active accounts will be eliminated from all MEMBER CONTESTS. *
2) Agree not to post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, drug related, anti-military, anti-government, anti-Christianity, satanic, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. This is not only humorous, but legal actions can be taken against you. Member names must also conform to these guidelines. 420 is a violation of the anti drug rule. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Even with permission, the owner information must accompany the materials. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to this forum. Profanity may not be used in any form or insinuated. You may not use characters to suggest profanity such as a$$. *This is a direct violation of the forum agreement. *Use of Profanity in any form is a One Strike and Your Out. *No Warnings. You may list personal items you have for sale, but not list or display animals for sale that are not in your possession. This includes links to other for sale websites. This includes links to other for sale websites. USERNAMES must also adhere to these guidelines. Inappropriate usernames will be banned or deleted. Posting in any fashion just as a means to increase post counts is prohibited.
3) Agree to Disagree! *This is the motto of the forum. *While you will be presented with different ideas from many different people, you may not agree with their suggestions or comments. *The rules of this forum allow you to post your own ideas or comments, but not defame anyone for any reason because of a different view, or create a situation that starts an argument. *Also and this is critically important, most material and suggestions are offered as "Good Will" advice. *Many people truly want to provide you with helpful information. *But this forum is not accountable for any advice given. *Should you desire proven medical advice, then seek the advice of a veterinarian. *This forum will NEVER be a substitute for a qualified Veterinarian.

7) This forum is supported by those who contribute through donations and/or advertising. I do not allow "trolling" or members joining just to sell or promote their products/animals. Only supporters of this forum will have the ability to advertise on this forum. Topics that advertise/promote without authorization will be moved/deleted, and the poster will be notified of the situation. If steps are not take immediately to correct the situation, the user will be muted/banned until corrected.
8) This forum is not a board of inquiry for buyer/seller exposures. All such type topics will be removed immediately. All such topics are suggested to be placed on the Fauna's Board of Inquiry.
9) You understand that as owner and administrator, I can delete, modify, block and/or ban, any material that I do not see as conforming to the forum standards, and that I can do this for ANY Reason, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME.
