Hello Everyone!

My Wife and I just got our first Red Tail from a friend who no longer could stand the idea of feeding rats. She seems to be in excellent health so far, and is just as sweet as can be. Shes about a a year and half old, and just over 4ft.
I have been struggeling with keeping a even constant temp. Im currently using a 250watt heat lamp to heat her during the day, and a 100watt IR lamp to heat at night.

I just ordered a Thermostat and a ceramic heat emitter from big apple. Do you think A UTH should also be used with the heat emitter?
