Hi I'm Jeff. Until recently I've been snake-less for about 7 years since my last Boa died at a young age due to a parasite infection. I took it harder than I thought I would, she was a real sweet snake. One month ago I was at a local pet store getting a new tag made for my cat and a customer had brought in a baby ball python that she was surrendering. She was scared of it. I offered to take ownership of the little guy and just like that, I'm hooked again. I lucked out with this healthy little guy. He's real chill and I already have him eating f/t mice every sunday. Owning a snake again has got me really missing my boa and I've decided to start looking for a hatchling or young male. I'd like one that has a pretty chill temperament and prefer on that has a lighter, clean pattern (like my last one).

Sorry about your first boa...most of us have had things go wrong, especially when we were new at keeping snakes. Glad you were at the right place at the right time for that ball python, and especially that it brought you
