  • Hazel and their rescued boa

Hey there. So, I actually had no plans for getting this girl(?), but my co-worker was going to sell her to a pet store if he couldn't find a home soon. So, I said yes. Anyways, I was rather disturbed to see that this three foot boa was being kept in a ten gallon aquarium with the heat down at 75. Anyways, she's in a thirty gallon plastic enclosure now, with the heat at the prop levels. Hopefully her first year of living doesn't have any long term negative effects.

Boas are pretty resilient. She'll be OK now that her temps and humidity are good.
