Hello all, my name is Evan and I am from East Tennessee. I am not new to snakes or even redtail boas for that matter. I used to have four ball pythons, a ten foot tiger retic, a Borneo black blood python, a Columbian redtail boa, and a three lined garter snake. But with the combination of me losing my job, having no savings at the time, and my stepdad being an ignorant drunk, I was forced to sell them all. Currently I have two bearded dragons, a leopard gecko, and a schneider skink. I did finally talk my mother into letting me get one pair of snakes once I have $1000 saved plus the cost of the snakes. I am planning to pick up a 2015 female Hog Island boa from my friend Gillian Luszik towards the end of April when they are born. Also I will be starting the Wildlife and Fisheries Science program at the University of Tennessee in May.

Re: New from Tennessee
Welcome to RTB, Evan!
Sorry to hear about the previous circumstances resulting in the loss of your collection, but glad to hear things are getting better for you.
We are all fans of pictures, so feel free to share pics of your lizards in the appropriate Lizard Forums sub-forums.
If you are unfamiliar with how to post pictures here at RTB, the following link will help you out.
Congrats on your soon-to-be new boa addition as well. Looking forward to those pics when the time comes!"An increase in reptile education can lead to a decrease in reptile discrimination." - Bebo
