Hi there everyone, I first wanted to thank you for welcoming me into this community. I am quite excited be involved around here. I suppose I will start with some of the things I love!
I am an amateur digital artist, and have been drawing since as long as I can remember. I specialize in drawing animals, mainly canines. I also love movies, movies are a big part of my life. I've probably watched most of the movies on Netflix, and that's something I am very proud of!I have two siblings, both younger than me; my brother and my sister, who are 10 and 5. They are little boogers and right now are currently stomping around the house and yelling. Right now we are living with my grama to help her around the house, and then the rest of the time, I am at my dad's.
At my dad's house I have my kitty Fletcher, who is 10, and a Corn Snake, Pepper, who is a year and a half. Fletcher is a fat cat, 14lbs; we are working very hard to get him to lose weight, however, since he is older, he loves to sleep all day and watch out the window. My Corn is about 2 1/2 feet, and 208 grams! He's a little guy, but I'm hoping he'll grow into his 40 gallon viv which he really loves.
I recently as of one day ago, purchased another snake. We went to this little reptile store called The Tropical Hut. My mom told me we weren't buying any animals, and were just going to look around. As we were looking around I saw all the beautiful Corn and BP morphs, and all their animals were in great condition, all alert, moving around and overall looked really well taken care of. I was a little weary when I first walked in because most reptile pet stores don't take very good care of their animals because they have so many, but all the people here were super friendly and answered all of my questions. They definitely knew their stuff. A woman, who looked hardly 25, was talking to us and telling us how she has 31 snakes, and her Red Tail has given birth in May! We were looking as some of her little Red Tails, and I instantly fell in love with this little girl, who isn't more than 18 inches right now. My mom saw the look on my face, and couldn't resist. We slapped the money on the counter, and lucky me, I have extras of everything I needed for her! We brought her home and welcomed her to her new enclosure and she's just hiding in one of her hides.
