Welcome! Looks beautiful. I'm not an expert but it looks to be a South American BCI (Boa Constrictor Imperator) which are the Common "Red Tail Boas". I can't see any BCC (Boa Constrictor Constrictor) or "True Red Tail Boa" traits. I don't know much about genetics for heterozygous or not. It looks like it might possibly have something else because of how light its saddles are. Usually they are darker than that, but his face stripe is a dark color which is normal. Maybe someone with more experience can give you a better opinion.
