    It may have been sugguested already but Ill sugguest a brown paper bag for the very young corns that are reluctant to feed. Works very well typically.

      The opal motley has begun eatting very well. The blizzard ended up getting a sore on the side of her mouth though. I've been cleaning it with Listerine and force feeding her mice tails. Not sure if she'll survive or not but I'm going to try. She's too small for an antibiotic shot. It doesn't bleed anymore and puss doesn't ooze but her head is very swollen.

        I might be wrong but Listerine sounds awfully strong (as in painful?) for a snakes mouth. I'd use Betadine, personally...or maybe diluted chlorhexidine on a Q-tip? "Head swollen" is very serious...poor little snake!
