  • rescue corn update

Some of you may remember pictures of a candy cane corn snake I rescued a year ago. To make a long story short, this snake belonged to an ex-roommate of mine who was too lazy to get off his duff to go get food for this guy. Well, the snake went for a whole year without a bite of food. I rescued him a year ago, and brought him back up to weight rather quickly. Anyway, here are the pics.

Great job with that rescue, that looked like a lost cause in the first picture.. I ve heard about reptiles being accidentally packed in storage for months and coming thru the fast with no ill effects, but that corn was skinny..

OMG! I cant believe that snake got that thin! How could he not feed it? You did an awesome job with nursing it back to health and it looks beautiful.
