Great pics, and you definitely found a niche that is underrepresented here on the boards. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for sharing those pics Jess. I really wish it was a lil warmer when I was over so I could have seen a few in person.

For some reason I absolutely love this species. I have never owned one or held one before. I wonder; do they have these in albino, snow, or other morphs? Thanks for sharing the pics.

            Great pics. Cool boa.

My smaller boa species of choice right now is the Kenyan Sand Boa. Working on getting a couple breeding projects going as funds allow.

But sometime in the future I could see myself acquiring a Rubber Boa as well as a Rosy Boa. (or 2 or 3, LOL).

Yeah bro I was looking at some sand boas and they are so cool too. That looks like a nice snake for my 8 yr old son and they have a billion morphs and I heard they breed easy and like in 2 years some females in 18 months. Also inexpensive compared to the RTBs. That looks like a nice little project to engage in right there. Do you got any right now?

these are definitely cool creatures . I have one myself right now that a co-worker brought to me . She was pretty chewed up by some kind of animal . I decided to hang onto her , and now, after 4 sheds , she's looking real good , almost as big as yours -- which is pretty big for a Rubber Boa. You make a great snake model as well.

Yes! Not to mention much cheaper to feed and you don't need a lot of room like RTBs.

Anyway - right now I have an Anery male and a Double-Het Snow female. The female will be ready in spring. The male is ready now. Unless I pick up a male snow or albino het snow or anery het snow, I will breed them together first. But ultimately, I want to breed for snows.

                  Should be fun.
